We ask our clients to take 2 photos and SMS them to either myself or Robert – weekends, public holidays, whenever. One photo of the thermostat on the wall and one of the control panel on the boiler.

It was Sunday evening, 6:54pm and I receive this SMS on my phone. I wasn’t busy, just watching a bit of TV, so replied within a minute or so.
