“Right from the outset we found Mark and Robert Keenan, the owners of Hydronic Heating Services, to be professional and easy to deal with. Here’s how the installation of our 11 hydronic heating panels went. (I’m sitting feeling very cosy as I type this!) The whole family are very excited at the prospect of having consistently warm rooms and dry towels. I think our ensuite toilet will be the cosiest seat in the house! The installation team, Nick and Luke, were unfailingly polite, hardworking and a pleasure to have in our home. They were always happy to answer our questions and we felt that they did not just install the equipment; they took ownership of our project and were very conscious of doing things properly. They took time to explain what they would be doing each day, and kept me in the loop when decisions were being made. They took care to make sure that the 11 panels were level and in the correct place. They left our home neat and tidy afterwards.
I was especially impressed when Luke noticed that our water pressure was too high. This came up during conversation when we were talking about plumbing work done previously in our home. I told him that although a local plumber had ‘fixed’ our water pressure with a reducer, our toilets had begun to play up recently. Luke took it upon himself to test the pressure at an outside tap, and noticed that it was way too high, indicating that the reducer had failed. Many thanks, Luke, for picking it up so that we could have the problem fixed before it caused any problems in our precious new boiler! I was most impressed by Nick and Luke’s adaptability, resourcefulness, and their professional manner. I hope that Luke and Nick will be rewarded in some way for their professional approach to their work. Mark and Robert were very patient while waiting for us to make all the final decisions about panel sizes and so on. Thanks for making the whole process so painless. It was good to know that you were only an email or a phone call away to consult during the decision-making phase, when we had lots of questions about it all. We won’t hesitate to recommend your firm to friends.
